The product comes without a pouring faucet (can be ordered separately) - full warranty for one year by Menachem's water company. Checks (subject to ERN) can be paid when purchasing a water dispenser. It is recommended and desirable to invite a qualified technician from the company to install and explain the operation of the dispenser. Which will guarantee a warranty for the product at the customer's home in the event of a malfunction. **If the water pressure at the time of installation is above 3 atmospheres, a pressure reducer must be installed at a cost of NIS 90 - the system is installed under the sink and from there the water is fed to the pouring faucet
